FAQ LINKS

We can't send home notes in their backpacks anymore, and sometimes she's just "so busy" to take the time to explain how to log into something, so here's some helpful links & resources for membership to Alpha Phi at UMichigan.

Finances

Alpha Phi uses Billhighway for our invoicing and payment processing. Statements are delivered via e-mail on the first of each month and are due the 15th of that month. Invoices will be sent to the member email provided to the chapter. Members can add one parent, guardian, or responsible party to their Billhighway account as an authorized user with access to view the account, pay invoices and receive notifications. Authorized users can be added by members in the Welcome to Alpha Phi self-validation email or on alphaphi.org, upon joining. Billhighway statements will be sent every month, even if there are no charges assessed or due. If there is no payment due, the statement will show a zero balance.

Housing Contracts

Alpha Phi uses GreekBill (a company owned by Billhighway) to distribute and sign our housing agreements. A parent or guardian co-signer must sign the agreement in order for it to be completed. Our members have to first add a secondary user. Emails should be sent to trigger logging in to the email they provided Alpha Phi.
